email has been changed. If nothing has been changed click on either of them and
then click the next button.
STEP 5
After you have
selected either the phone number or email where you expect to receive the
6-digit code copy and paste the 6-digit code then click on confirm button.

On this page you
will be asked to fill in another 6-digit code which might take time to arrive
or may not arrive at all, no problem, below the confirm button click on try
another way then a pop-up menu will appear which contains the following as
illustrated in the screenshot below. Click on get support if you don’t have a
backup code.

After clicking
get support on the next page which has 5 options like the one below
Since your
account was hacked click on the option your account was hacked and click next.

page, you will be asked to take a selfie video, if your account had photos of you.
Click on the first option.

On this next
page enter your email address and click submit below, a 6-digit code will
be sent enter and click next.

On this last step click on next to record the selfie video follow the instructions provided for a successful video selfie.
STEP 11
Click next to now take a video selfie it's important to follow the instructions for a successful video selfie and it will be an assurance that Instagram will get back to you within a short time even less than the specified 3-4 business days. After submitting the selfie video an email will be sent, this means that Instagram has received your video selfie and it's in for review. Be patient and wait for a reply.
