Samsung Galaxy A27 Spotted in Kenya Before Official Launch – Here's Where It's Already on Sale

Samsung has finally launched the much-awaited Galaxy A27 globally, and we have already started seeing the phone on the shelves of prominent retailers like Kype Computers, even before Samsung Kenya officially announces it.
The new Galaxy A27 features a Snapdragon 6 Gen 3, a 6.7-inch 120Hz AMOLED display, and a starting price of KES 37,000-47,000 depending on the storage, according to Phone Place Kenya.

The Galaxy A27 has been spotted at various physical and online stores, most notably Kype Computers, a Nairobi-based independent retailer that deals in laptops, computers, and Smartphones.
Apart from Kype Computers, other noticeable retailers that already have the A27 in stock include Phone Place Kenya, and they are selling the phone for the same price as Kype Computers.
Those interested in the phone can buy it from the mentioned retailers, but some retailers don’t issue a warranty on their devices. Phone Place Kenya does issue warranties on their devices, but I am not sure about Kype Computers.
To be on the safe side, however, I would recommend waiting for the official launch and buying the device from official Samsung shops across the country.
Design and Display: A Familiar Premium Feel
Samsung has revamped the design of the A27 5G we finally have a punch hole camera, moving away from the old teardrop notch we have had for many years. It’s very refreshing.
The display is a 6.7-inch AMOLED 120Hz 1080 by 2340.
On the durability side of things, the phone is protected by Corning Gorilla Victus+, and there is also an IP64 protection against dust and water.
Performance and Cameras: Snapdragon Takes Over
Under the hood, we get the Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 (4nm), which we saw on last year's Galaxy A36, which shines when it comes to efficiency and multitasking over older Exynos like the Exynos 1380, and this is because the Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 uses a 4nm process compared to previous Samsung Exynos chips like the Exynos 1280 and the Exynos 1380 that used a (5nm) process.
Moving to the cameras, the A27 has a triple camera setup featuring a 50MP main with OIS, a 5MP ultra wide, and a gimmicky 2MP macro lens, and at the front, you get a 12MP snapper.
In regards to video recording, the rear cameras can record videos in up to 4 K 30 fps, while the selfie camera is limited to 1080p 60 fps.
Powering the phone is the standard 5000mAh battery, and it can juice up the phone using a 25W wired fast charger, which you have to buy separately, btw.
